No I haven't yet but I will try unplug injectors to see if it helps.

You using a mec718 or hec716 coil suitable for electronic ignition modules not something old or strange and exotic lol
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

I was using a msd 82073 coil had no issues module or coil nevee felt or got hot etc but ive put the genuine bosch unit that was working and no difference. I will try disconnecting injectors tho as I see that shares the feed for the coil

Msd blaster coil is very low resistance like a points coil
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

Yes but few mates have run them on there cars and had no issues that's what I chose it

Have you checked the voltage going to the dizzy for the sensor?

yep all 12v injectors are pulsing fine so hall sensor is work and its a complete new dizzy aswell

Update only thing we can find is there is weak earth volts to coil but even if we put an extra wire to neg on coil from module and extra earth to module makes it better but still not 100% if we go earth straight to neg on coil I get a awesome spark

Then it points to the module but wiring must be suspect too.

Did you try it without the ecu plugged in if you have some of the same settings you had in your old tune the ecu could be trying to Control spark while cranking and pulling out all the dwell that is normally commanded at cranking by the module itself
