Identifing Memcal

Post by L67PSI »

Hi all,

I am trying to identify this memcal (see pic). I can't find anything on Google regarding the Delco 0898 silver sticker. I have read the bin and its 128k chip size.
Could it be from a Holden Camira or Nissan Pulsar??

Any tips are appreciated. Thanks

Definitely not a 6 but maybe a 4 or 8 VN or VP series. Someone might identify by the other chip numbers.

Yes, I should have mentioned that. It was one of the first things I did.

See screenshot.

This is something I've never done. Any links how to measure this? and what the readings might mean?

Thanks
