And it's showing a some knock retard on that graph too if I'm not mistaken.

Yep, Its knock retarding under almost every WOT pull, Strange thing is its Knocking at only 4 degrees of advance.

What fuel are you running? Do you have wideband log?

@hsv08 ahh ok, no I don't have the bin file, this is a memcal tune and I don't have a writer or nvram installed.
So should I be looking for a new tune?

You can use the flash tool to pull the entire bin from it. Then you could post for us to check it.

Any other flow modifications made? Any part of engine touching frame? It shouldn't knock with that little timing. And it shouldn't really be pegged to the maximum adaptive spark retard value.

Ok sweet, I'll pull the bin file tomorrow and post it up for you. I'm assuming this is done in tunerpro? I'll figure it out.
Regarding intake mods, none really. Do have headers though and one of the flanges runs very close to the torsion bar... Pretty sure it hits under acceleration.... So this would be enough to trigger the knock sensor? I'll attack that also tomorrow and do another log and post that up too.

Yep just downloaded the flash tool and do a read bin (may need to go into settings to set it up)
Pretty easy though.

Yeah any metallic resonance will generally be picked up through the sensors.
Always a good thing to makesure its all clear.

I had a L67 on the dyno, that engine was so noisy it was showing knock no matter what. The dyno owner/tuner laughed and said turn of the knock sensors....
