That's interesting. I work all over Melbourne and was there that day, I didn't see anything too bad, but I live in the Macedon ranges and it took me a few attempts to find a way home as nearly all the roads were closed from flooding. We had more than double the rain fall compared to Melbourne but a day later all the water disappeared like nothing happened.

My nephew would be interested too. He is running dedicated 52mm gauges in his 4runner for the VR v6 engine and complains that they have no brightness control and needs a lot of gauges because the toyota ones don't work with the Delco. One of these LCDs would consolidate the gauges and give extra info.

Hey! Sorry for the late reply!

Yup, Ended up just getting PCBWay to assemble them for me. I'll post when they arrive.

The 'Smart' firmware isn't yet finished. It should be much quieter at work the next few weeks so I'll have time to crack on with it.

With PCBway assembling, we're looking at around $30-35ea assembled and programmed.

I've ordered 20, not sure if thats too many or not enough.

Hiya,
I'll take one just to support your project. Let me know how to pay from America. Thanks

Cheers guys. I'll whip up a 3d printed case for them too and post the STL files or see if my buddy can print me a batch of them.
