Data logging aldl question

Post by hsvt472 »

Hi guys, I have a vs 5 litre in my vk but am using vs ecu with a vp loom.
Want to do some data logging but not sure how to go about it because loom is not from that ecu.
Ecu number is 16206305.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Retroactively install the obd2 style port with b+, both grounds, and ALDL pins wired as per the VS. Go the 'the1s enhanced' tunes section and download the VS enhanced that best lines up, and use the ADX file from that as a definition in tunerpro, keepinging mind that additional features suppored in enhanced which are not available in stock wont read at all or wont read correctly unless you change the memcal to enhanced and wiring / hardware changes where applicable (eg wideband)
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396
