Cylair and g/s dropping but maf hz stable

Hi guys, long time fan of the forum. I have this strange issue where my maf hz keeps climbing but my cylair and airflow has a randon drop in it. I've looked over the maf tables and they appear linear
Car details: Ecotec with 3582 turbo running 7 psi with the silver delphi maf post turbo and deka 60lb injectors
Log, bin and xdf addatched and a pic of the problem
