Thats to easy. The 0 5 volt signal goes staight to the ECU. Look it up in the 12P PDF and the tuning guides in the FAQ. Think it's D8 off hand. How have you been tuning before now?

You do need a controller though. Its typical to buy a package with a controller and matching sensor which provides the 0-5v signal dylan mentioned. Where you connect the power matters, it should be away from the computer on the loom to some thick power wires to minimise electrical interfearance.

Some widebands have a guage too which makes it easy to see if the ecu calibration is out. 12p has the innovate 0 and 5 volt values by default (in the tune) but you can change these if you use hardware from a different manufacturer. The wideband controller manual will tell you what AFR 0 volts represents and the same for 5v. There is a calibration item for each of those.
