Multimeter on the switched power to the ecu crank it if it drops below 8 or 9v or goes to 0 it won't start may as well check the 2 constant power feeds too and as said above injector power just incase

I work for the next few days so I am going to test this when I can and post my findings. My plans are to unplug the ECU and test power on C16,B1, and A6 during cranking to make sure there is not a power issue. The second thing I plan to do is get a noid light as suggested. Plug the noid light in and verify that the injectors are not pulsing like they seem not to be. Then I am going to disconnect all eight injectors and test with the noid light again. I have read that if there is an injector that has failed it can cause them all not to fire. These should work as a simple tests.

Check the power feed to the injectors too while cranking

Alright got some good news to report. I had been doing a lot of reasearch into how the ignition control module works. I learned quite a bit but that did not turn out to be the issue. My bluetooth adapter was turning off when cranking. So I thought maybe my computer was loosing power too and why the injectors were not firing. I have a painless wiring harness and fuse block. I had the 12v switched power from the ecu hooked to one of the accessory slots on the fuse block. It seems like the accessory slots on the fuse block do not have power during cranking. I hooked the ignition wire from the ecu to the 12v slot that is hot all the time on the fuse block. Then I got it to fire. Still got to set the timing, tune it, and find a source to hook the ignition wire to that is hot during cranking. One step closer to getting this thing running. I will see if I can get idle and warm up tomorrow.

I got it to run and fire today. However having an issue where it is idling at 2000rpm when I start it. It takes a bit of cranking to get it to fire. It won't idle down below 2000rpm. I tried playing around with the bin file. So far I can't get it to idle like normal. I looked at the basic tuning documents but having no luck changing the iac settings.

I used the ose12p v8bin that came in the zip file. I took the bin of a 1990-92 camaro and moved the fuel and spark tables over. The 1990-92 camaros use a map sensor. I have a generic chevy 350 v8 from the parts store with a small cam and 70s era smog cylinder heads. I am running 19lb injectors. I bought them off ebay. Thought they were 22lb injectors. I used delcowizzid's bin. That one seems closer than the one that I made. I got it to start and warm up after changing the injector rate. The idle is around 1000-1500 rpm which is much more manageable. The engine is running smoother too. I was able to get the base timing set. Now that the engine is not revving to 2000+ rpm I can hear I have a vaccum leak. I will look for that in the morning. I may have to change the base intake on my tpi to fix the leak. I will report back tomorrow on what happens.

Post up a log of the engine I didn't use the tpi coolant sensor I adapted one of our Aussie ones with a brass adaptor to change the thread size you may have a different temp vs resistance from your sensor and blocked the egr fully
Engine-Gearbox Type: 350 chev crate motor toyota dyno gearbox
Mods: stock crate motor cast rams horn manifolds TPI inlet manifold vn coolant sensor all other sensors TPI egr blockoff VL pump.welded HEI with camira module 10 degree base
Injectors: Bosch 775 Blue tops, fuel pressure stock TPI
Description: Road tuned with wide band no dyno time.

I found a big vacuum leak. There was a port on my lower intake where you would put a vacuum fitting. I put in a pipe plug since I was not using it. After that and using delcowizzid's bin I got a idle of about 800rpm. Enough to get the engine to temperature now. I have to work for the next three days. Here is a log that I pulled after getting it to idle a little while.
