Hi all,
Just bought myself a 1994 Cavalier and have been searching for the .adx & .xdf files for TP5 without much luck.
I HAVE found an .xdf for a 1995 Cavalier that I believe would work as it is for the LN2 2.2l I4 that should be the same as my '94.
If so, then all I would need is a corresponding .adx to datalog the car.
SO, any help, either pointing to a pre-existing file, or help on creating one as I am new to this part and have never made one before, would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Mike.

The same engine does not necessarily mean the same code in the ecm. Check the 1994 and 1995 ecm service number, and the 4 letter BCC on the memcal. If the BCC is the same there is definately no change. If its different you'll need to read the memcal and compare. Your chances though are pretty good. As for adx you might be able to find something similar and update to suit, especially if you have a factory scan tool and some wiring and software skills to monior whats going on, but start with the hardware identification.

Antus, thanks for your reply.
I haven't had a chance to pull the ECM out from behind the glove box yet. I will let you know what I find once I have.
I have a '6395 out of the 1994 Jimmy v6 I had, so I know what to look for as I had no problem logging that one before it died (cracked engine block last winter).
