Hptuners

Ok I'm new to this I'm looking at buying this tuner ls1 pcm flash tool vt vx vy vz. I already have a HP tuner is there away to convert a hptuner file to a bin file to work with this tuner.

No, its intentional vendor lockin. You need to writeit to a pcm and read it back. Are you moving to pcm hammer?

I'm new to all of this. I don't know what pcm hammer is. But I know I don't like paying $100 u.s. to unlock vats. And write a stock tune.
