Ref angle should be correct how you have it set if that's what your old bin ran.did you set the kingflow to suit cylinder and injector size .maybe post a log of it cranking.you could give it a squirt of starting fluid to see if extra fuel will get it to fire enough to adjust fueling it could be either slightly rich or too lean and just windmill

Injectors don't appear to be pulsing, I can get them to fire by manually triggering them, though. Spark ref angle is ok, verified with a light. Engine will fire after manually firing the injectors but will not stay running. Log shows the inj PW during cranking. Also used the kingflow calculator to determine the BPW, but I tried changing that just in case, still nothing.

Pin D10 on the 165 is a ground, but I never connected a ground to that circuit. I'm wondering if that is the ground for the injector driver.....

Going to look around for a system diagram before I go connecting any ground to that circuit, just to verify

Yep, that did the trick. Started up immediatley!

Code 55 which I think is due to no NB02, so I'll clear those flags.

I have flex table C set up as the water Methanol pump tester, but it doesn't seem to work the way I set it up.

X axis is TPS, Y axis is RPM. As TPS increases so does the DC% for the pump. RPM is 0-100. I deselected the bit for on only if engine running so I can test with the engine off.

Digital output bit is selected, I think that's right since I'm using a SSR and verified it's function manually. I have a signal wire at D12 per the pinout. Datastream shows 0.0 DC for Table C no matter how much TPS applied. Is there something I'm doing wrong with the setup?

The pin will be earth so if you have power into the relay then out to the d12 pin it should trigger

Yep, the SSR is set up for ground trigger and I can actuate it by grounding.

The ECM isn't commanding anything, though. Stays at zero

Just some time idling in the garage trying to wrap my brain around the IAT blend tables. Tomorrow I'll take it outout for a spin.

Does wideband learn actually tune the VE tables or use the BLMs?

Wideband learning only works with an nvram setup and adjusts the ve table directly. Where's your iat fitted
