Help Identifying a bin

Just out of curiosity, something I've been meaning to ask for ages.

What does OSE stand for?
And how did someone arrive at $12P and $11P for the versions of software they reverse engineered/modified?
I understand it's a hex value and all the factory code had different values depending on its application.

cant remember what OSE is for, but $12 is the name of the factory code that had features added, to become $12P as in $12 Pro. same for 11P

The 11 and 12 is the ID given by holden for the respective code. VL400 has modified factory code and assigned the P for his version. The OSE I read somewhere on here from himself that it means nothing.
