Ford are a v spray to hit both valves having 2 inlet valves per cylinder lot of the quad can cars are like that and don't run so well with single cone injectorsThe1 wrote:Alot of Ford injectors are V spray pattern.
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

seems strange though? Why not seen on other brands of multi valve engines, pretty much everything else on the market is mostly oval or offset.

Cool, so really with a standard injector mounting position, going for a medium spray style injector should work well? (Considering the boost is going to try and de-atomise the fuel anyway, which was my original thought with the dekas) I wonder if 968 Genuine Bosch 42lb's would be a wise idea if I can't get a hold of any Densos? Should be enough juice, if I stay Ron 98 under 2-bar, and potentially a little more 'factory' style to suit the manifold design? Thoughts?

As long as you can get genuine, so many fakes. They would be one of the most counterfeit injectors around
If you run low pressure like 1psi through them if that you'l see fakes easily usually, where as bosch you can run 4 separate streams. Other than the fact they'l usually match no better than 15%

NVRAM for the VS PCM arrived, and I installed the board and mods today:
R/W Mod as per NVRAM install manual:
Just fits:
Now to see if the car runs on MAP with my custom loomRe: VT V8 304 MAF NVRAM -> VS V8 MAP NVRAM + M122 SC Convers
How did you end up handling the wiring for the change between sequential on the 531 and batch on the 424 or are you running with out cam sensor and both in batch? Looking forward to seeing some results I was looking at doing the same sort of thing but was just going to setup a sequential harness and make patch harnesses to 424/808 and just swap sensors in and out.

Yep, Just 4x DPDT switches for now, which option between either PCM for injector firing.
I have noticed that I currently have a flag (no cam signal) so i wonder if it's even firing sequentially at the moment. I'll have to double check it's not just a loose connection to the dizzy plug since install.
My Boss's father just passed away on Monday, so I'm stuck managing the shop for the next little bit... So with winder nights it's going o be hard to get much done.
Hopefully this weekend I'll get a chance to test and run some things
