I had one here that had a HpTuners COS and it exits and failed to write. I didn't want to use any credits with efilive or hpt so I used TunerCat "recovery" to write a stock file to it. After that I was able to use Tazzi's program just fine. Right now Tazzi's just exits out when it sees something it doesn't recognize as being allowed, so a couple pop up windows of "are you sure?" is all that is really needed as his program is just making sure you have the correct ecm plugged in. A popup with the unknown OS number with a checkbox to allow and remember would work too. I'm sure he'll be along with a solution but that is what I did in the meantime.

Its a bug in the bin processing code, its meant to exit from the routine once detecting an OS thats not in the supported list. Although it doesnt exit and tries to proceed which results in a crash (No error handling on that routine there).

Will be fixed in the next version :)

I don't have any AMG's to work on but would love to have the a2l, bin and xdf for future reference

edit, Oops, just noticed you said saab v-6, still good info for cross reference.

has anyone got a OS file 12624402.

waiting on an ecu to unlock with that OS, so want a stock cal to flash it into another ecu.

I have earlier and newer ecu's but not an 09 ecu.
