Hi everyone,
I cant seem to find out what the term MGC refers to in the TunerProRT. Can someone please shed a light on it. I have tried to google it and search this forum, to no avail of its referral to what it stands for.
Im thinking something like Mega Grams per Cylinder (refering injector fuel) ??
its in the tables relation of things like Knock Retard Enable MGC Vs RPM, Injector multiplier Vs RPM Vs MGC to name just a couple.
What does MGC refer to in tuning please?

Milligrams per cylinder of air.
Used in MAF based ECU’s like kPa is in MAP systems, ie. indication of engine load

I was close. but that makes more logical sense..
So its like the older style analog vacuum gauges in a way?

Re: What does MGC refer to in tuning please?
Yes, pretty much.
As it’s actual air into the cylinder it’s not 100% correlated to manifold vacuum.
Theoretically Peak torque is produced when mgc is at its maximum and peak power when grams/second is at its maximum.
