Hi everyone
This may sound weird. But I have a 2011 Kia Cerato 2L auto petrol. I am in the process of installing a turbo kit. Was trying to work out how to tune the ECU for boost. Has anyone played with these style of ecu. I am not sure what brand ecu it has. I do know that hp tuners will not read it, only reads live engine data. Thanks

pretty sure they run a bosch ME17 ecu. bitbox, flex, pcmflash, kess etc etc will read it.
bitbox and pcmflash would be the cheapest to get you going.

actually its more likely to be a Siemens. This was the last protocol I used with Bitbox on a 2.0L Cerato, cant remember what year though.

Would I be able to read/write the ContinentalSIM2K-141/341 with Tractix Openport 2.0 using ECUFlash software. as they both run CAN 2 ISO K-line (ISO9141/ISO14230(KWP2000)/dual K line). Or is there something different with then device/software.

I'm not sure. There's probably a way but it's too hard for me so I just got bitbox
