NVRAM on VT with data errors
Hey,
Just got another NVRAM after years of not having a 304
However, trying to connect, i get a mass of data errors.
Is it still a thing that you have to pull the VT BCM of the comms line in order to get stable read reqeusts?
i can pull BCM fuse (and effectively the EFI circuit) and it will be stable with key on
However with BCM connected and running it just keeps giving errors
Tried differenct ECHO settings
different cable to my ALDL
different ALDL interface
All netting similar results.
running OSE180 plugin
cheers boys

Re: NVRAM on VT with data errors
Why do you say that Delcowizzif? 1.80 was tested and reporting fine. It should work with VT selected for vehicle. I made it to solve the problems with silence. Certainly let me know if it doesn't. It was tested and reported working perfectly. Going back to the older version on VT means you do have to unplug the BCM or similar but those days should be gone. If it isnt working with the vehicle type selected then I'l like to look at the logs and see why not.
