I got it to read now. I had to use hpt to write the 7603 OS original tune back. Im going to attempt to clone write it to another p59. Then attempt to put my SD tune back on it.

Yep. OSID 1273052 was not recognised, so 0 bytes read.

Is there any way to change the settings to allow a byte for byte read no matter what is on the memory?

Regardless I'm extremely happy with results. I was able to put my 3052 OS back after I cloned the original 7306.

Yes, we need to update the app to either be aware of proprietry OSIDs and/or update the code that checks the length to use flash chip size instead of size from the OSID. The size from the flash chip sounds better and does work, but as part of a wider piece of work I would like to remove the default treat all unknown PCMs as P01/P59 and instead have read and write functions where you can choose the PCM type and use it for any unknown OSID on any supported PCM type.
