I just googled 12579405 and it was the first hit.
If you meant another one, and it doesn't exist its because nobody with the skills to make it has had a reason to spend their time on it. In that case, use universal patcher. If that doesn't provide what you need, then you are out of luck.

i believe the XDF marked "12639623 OS 2023-04-06.zip" is actually for 12619623 - phoenix can you confirm?
i was referencing the original thread on gearhead efi, and it looked like the guy you were going back and forth with was using 12619623
