Copy bin from NVRam & burn to eprom

Hi everyone,
Wondering if anyone can assist.
I have a VN 304, 808 ECU with USB Comms board and NVRam module.
All working fine and using the abundance of information on PCMHacking have made 2 tunes in MapA and MapB.
What I can't get my head around is how and what to save from the NVRam (using Flash Tool if I'm correct) and then burning it to Eprom.
I have the pin B9 wired ready for switching (switches ground for MapB).

What size Eprom do I require (being x 2, I assume 32K - I have 16's, 32's and 64's) - I use them for work so that's a bonus.
What do I save from the NVRam so I have both tunes (A and B) in the correct address areas (offsets if required) ?

Any help mutely appreciated.

Use the delco ose flash tool and do a get bin. This will read the whole thing and give you a bin file that includes calibration and operating system. It'll be 32kb. You can use 32Kb eeprom, just write it as is. Or you can use 64Kb, just leave the first half empty. You might put a 32Kb file of FF, or 00, or two copies of the bin, and only the second one will be used and the first is filler (also known as stacking). The bin B9 switch is implemented in software, not hardware so you'll get MAP A and MAP b in the one hit as a single file to burn.

Hi all, just thought I would add onto this post and ask something similar;
I have a VN V6, 808 ECU with USB Comms board and NVRam module, have the stacked OSE 12P loaded.
Engine has now been tuned using this setup and ready to burn.
I used the OSE tool, used the default setting and copied the bin to the PC, file size says 32k.
Used a UV light and erased the AT27C128 on the original 808 memcal, checked blank was ok and burnt and verified the chip.
Not sure where I went wrong, maybe the OSE download was bad as the car starts and stops instantly.
If put the NRAM ecu back in everything works perfect.
Any help or guidance would be appreciated

OSE12P is 32K, stock chip is 16Kb. You need to upgrade the chip on the memcal. EEPROM recommended so you dont need to mess around with UV erase.
AT27C128 = 128kbit/8=16k byte
you need 256kbit/8=32k byte or 512kbit for 32k byte. If you use the 512, put 32k of blank before the 32k of the tune so that it ends in the right place in memory.

Thanks @antus that was what I feared.
The tune is for a Wingless Sprint (Speedway) 3.6 V6 and they use the 808 with std memcal which can only be reprogrammed not replaced.
Is there anyway to extract the part of the bin burn to a 16kb std chip or impossible with the 12p file I used?
If not would I have to change back to the original 16kb ATFY with the $5 XDF and start over?

Get a vr v6 manual memcal it will fit the whole 12p file and run properly.or get a vr b6 auto memcal and double stack the tune like antes said above

Thanks @antus @ delcowizzid, found a VR V6 Auto memcal, stacked the tune and it worked perfectly
