hi i was wondering if anyone has any documents about the e38 and above pcm the MPC5X chipset please

yes i looked at it but they no longer have the sdk anymore

The codewarrior suite still supports the MPC5XX chipsets.

You will have to refer to the reference manuals to understand required registry offsets.

it does not have the Sdk for it

What do you expect to find in an SDK? Do you know one exists? It could be just reference docs and application notes are all that have ever existed, and also were ever used by the factory. You probably need to use codewarrior or GNU assembler or C and cross assemble/compile.
