GM PCM Info

Post by darkman5001 »

Greetings guys. I have been meaning to share some spreadsheets that I made for various PCMs. I originally created them to identify PCM variants and OSIDs for to help expand development to other PCMs in PCM Hammer, however I just decided to capture information about all GM PCMs that I could find. Included in each spreadsheet is a tab with the TunerCat OBD2 database, and also a separate tab with the Jet DST Tuner OBD2 database. I set it up so you can click on top column cell to sort. So if you are looking at a specific PCM type and you want to know all the operating systems associated with that PCM that those databases support, then the information is easy. I also tried to include all possible applicable part numbers that can identify the actual hardware of the PCM as well as vehicles that it fits. I used a PCM website called Flagship One as a way to look up each PCM and gather information. I also used the USA Hollander Interchange to get information as well.

These are by no means complete, but I am having a hard time finding time to complete them as it takes quite a bit of time. I figured instead of me just sitting on what I have that I would just share it on here for you all to take a gander at and add to and keep as references for yourselves. Hopefully they are helpful. I was still trying to develop them further and add more PCMs but it has just been difficult to find the time. If you want to add to the information feel free to update. If you know of more information by all means post it on this thread so we can all stay up to date.

I figure that we should capture as much information about the hardware as possible, not just part numbers and OSIDs. We could track their flash chips, CPUs, pinouts, BDM and JTAG etc. It could turn out to be something big.
