ISO PowerStroke EEC-V Bin Files

So my pats off tuner website project is nearing it's end and the last group of files I haven't found the PATS flag in yet has been the PowerStrokes 7.3L. From what I read all F250's don't have PATS, but excursion did. They share the same strategy/bin format, so in theory if I can source an excursion and compare it with a similar F250 bin it should be pretty easy to identify the pats flag.

My problem is, all the bins I have are F250 lol, anyone have an excursion bin file by chance or knows someone they could read their computer and get the bin file? Should be a big help on identifying the flag =).

Any year with the EEC-V computer, should be 1998+. Not sure exactly what year they stopped with that generation of computer though, something like 02-04ish I think. There's like 15 or so strategies.

This would be for any 7.3L Power stroke model, but a lot of them are shared across platforms.

To be clear, I'm targeting all bins for disabling pats, so a bin + the known status of PATS enabled or disabled would always be useful, but the hard to source ones seems to be the pats enabled ones which from what I've read and seen in the wire diagrams, Excursion is one of the few models that has PATS enabled factory and for some reason those bins seem extra hard to find.
