You can see the pub truck up back. We built those steerables from scratch. They use to have big pins that stopped it turning while driving straight. Then because how long the bridge beams were. You had to pull the pins, and you could control the steering up back via remote. So that person in the small truck behind was controlling the rear steering via remote 😂. Plus the driver up front steering the truck. Pretty cool

Sounds like you’ve worked in some great places, are you still in the automotive industry?

I can only work on the cars for so long now before my back starts playing and I have to stop. Or my blood sugars start to play up as well. And I’m hypo unaware so every year I have to prove I’m still able to drive, or there going to take my truck license.

Yeah long hours covered in grease and oil for little money. Compared to 12-16hr days and good money. Getting to see the county. That’s probably why

Hate to say it but, with all this zero emissions by 2050 shit going on. You know what the government is like. Before that deadline even comes around, they’ll raise fuel prices to the point most people won’t even be able to run there cars. And of course the government will role out extra taxes and other shit if your still running a fuel based vehicle. You’ll have to be rich 😂 we are all just a dying bread with the way things are heading 😢

I’ve seen a lot of mechanics leave as well. A lot of the YouTube channels I watch are getting hit and fined by the epa as well. Then you got the cops defecting everyone. They’ve even got helicopters cruising around finding people to get out in the bush in there 4wds. It’s getting harder and harder to be into cars.
