Re: VS-VY Enhanced Factory Bins
It would be good for you guys to load up the vx vy xdf and do a bin compair from auto to manual. Then you can see all the idle changes. Will give you an indication. Have a look in spark flags, iac, idle spark and idle ect. There’s quite a few changes. I dare say vt would be similar to all the other memcal based pcm’s. So looking at the vs xdf and bins would give you an indication of how the vt would most likely go about things.

You could probably load up the vs bin into winols and then open tunerpro and use the vs xdf as a cheat sheet. You already know all the addresses and tables sizes and what everything is ect. Then once that’s all populated in winols, you could then load the vt bin and scroll through until you see it starts lining up with the vs bin. Then you’d know the offset and everything would literally jump out at ya.

Re: VS-VY Enhanced Factory Bins
I do remember looking at some of those idle airflow tables a while back when trying to sort the idle on a Mates L67 A2A/W2A setup with cam but the numbers looked fairly close to what I was seeing with the engine running so thought they were ok. Maybe I should have tried a few changes just to see what it actually did.
Then we worked out a sick O2 sensor was causing issues to stopped at that point. I had it idling fine in Open loop but as soon as we went closed loop it would get worse.

You could set up a histogram and log g/s. Now that the calcs are right they’d line up with what you’re logging. And then there’s plenty of tuning guides for ls stuff and big cams. There plenty of similarities just things laid out a little different. Same with the vx vy you can setup histograms and log knock for each cylinder which is pretty cool. Or log knock vs coolant or iat’s or tps ect.

added and excel spreadsheet with MAF tables transcribed from other cars that came with them from the factory. Once changing maf tables your fueling will need to be retuned.

Re: VS-VY Enhanced Factory Bins
Is anyone able to give me a pointer in adding in the DTC 32 to mask it in a VX L67, managed to find all the others.
Have wired in a Haltech 2500 into a customer car that has to go over the pits.
Last DTC/Engine light that is popping up as far as I'm aware.
All the XDF's I can find for VX and VY L67 they skip past DTC 32 Maf Failure
Cheers
