Diagram - eprom pins to memcal socket pins?

Does anyone have a diagram showing the connections from the eprom pins to the memcal socket pins? What I want to make is an adapter to be able to read my eprom without desoldering.

try doing a search but if you look at the memcal its pretty simple to see what pin goes where on the eprom...

am waiting on headers to arrive, will have these on sale soon. Or you can just make one up on a breadboard, it's just straight
