you have to also remember that the tune is pulling approx 5 degrees in that log due to the engine almost being on 110 degrees! ....

the converter and the rest of the gearbox for that matter is all stock.....

as for low down timing, i haven't bothered changing it too much in the low rpm area as it gets plenty of wheel spin off the line as it is!

the timing is about on the limit at 4000-4400rpm anyways as it pings sometimes on gear change.

any timing you take out to aid traction is a loss in the higher gears :thumbdown: i do all my wot spark and fuel tuning in 4th and 5th as its the most loaded gears and going to make it knock if its going to
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

not when its below the rpm you are at when you shift!

oh and i don't have 4th or 5th :P

You might have to look for a different style of spark plug, should be able to run nearly 40° with 12.5:1 comp + alky without pinging.

yeah i definately need to look at my plugs, the ceramic off two of them is gone after last weekend .... i've been trying to find different heat range ones for a while now but im not seeming to have much luck getting any!

compression is currently 12.9:1
