Have a look in the knock settings, they are already defined ;)

LOL, fine I won't do anything!

There slightly different to the one's I set up I wonder what is correct, probably the other 1's?

EDIT: not to mention I had mine jammed in with the fuel settings!

Just thinking about this further, not sure who updated the XDF but how sure are they that the knock stuff where I put mine are timers?

As I tuned mine with the tables I posted & it had knock learnt before I changed them then when I modified the counts it started reducing the learnt knock!

If it was timers I wouldn't have thought it would reduce the learnt knock?

As always I could be way wrong but just my thoughts.

Correct, I updated them and have tried to make sure its all correct but like everything its very possible there are errors so make sure things are reported so it can be fixed in the downloadable XDF.

The ignore counts/time is the knock duration or intensity (1 count = 15.26us). The ignore time is used to ignore some counts before signaling that knock is present and start counting how many above that are measured. Say ignore is 30 and during the knock window 50 are measured the PCM will calc the knock retard on 20. And another example, say ignore was 30 still but only 10 were measured the PCM would not retard the spark.

for VS and up they used Msec instead of counts. But use X*8 i think if you want counts instead of Msec's ?

Tables look slight out but a couple? EG Ignore table looks like it should be 458C

Cool thats all clear as mud then! LOL nah thanks for clearing it up I think in time rather than the counts makes more sense, I was just used to seeing it inthe old skool scale!

The1 they start at that address in the earlier calibration but for $A5-K I think they start at 458A

Would be good to hear how the original poster goes with setting the ignore time/counts after reset & make sure it's not getting false knock retard

As far as the PCM is concerned Time is just counts of a particular interval...
so blame it on the guy who decided to call it counts in the first place!
