I'm not too far from Liverpool and have a burner.
I can't help with the tuning, but if you run out of options and someone can email a 'safe' bin I could write it to a chip for you.
I really think you'd be better getting it looked at by someone who knows what they're doing though, better to miss your jan 3rd deadline than destroy your engine if it turns out to not be quite safe enough...
