OSE 11P V104
Re: OSE 11P V104
I like the way the xdf is set up never seen it before the way it's all grouped.
With the VSS calcs. If you needed to correct the output to the cluster say for diff gears etc you could just change the gear box ppk figure? No need for pulse corrector box etc?

Re: OSE 11P V104
Nah, still need a speedo corrector. In a standard 4L60E setup its around 62,500PPK going to the PCM from the 40 pulse per rev sender. The square wave output is just a hardware divide by 10 to send around 6250PPK to the cluster, there is no software control over this output.
The XDF categories were really needed once you get to the PCMs controlling a trans, waaaay too many things to adjust if not grouped.

What would be good, although I guess it's one for Mark to do is to have a 4th category in the parameter tree so you can only show the items used most commonly when tuning. Would save a bit of time going through all the various sub-categories as most of the time we probably use less than 10% total available flags/scalar/tables.

You can do that with levels, and then the view up to a certain level option. This has not been setup in the 11P XDF though.

I did see that but never played with it. Might have a go with 11P though.

Re: OSE 11P V104
Will add some levels to the commonly used items for the next XDF update.
The decision to password protect the 11P XDF was not taken lightly as it can now be a pain for some things. Over the years there has not been an upload of someone making changes or adding notes to the 12P XDF for it to be added to the 12P zip. Either no one does and just uses the included XDF, or more likely people only keep local copies of the changes/fixes to themselves. So aside from it now slowing down the people that like profit from others work, it will now hopefully mean that the 11P XDF can be more complete and up to date. If you want things added/changed/fixed to the XDF post up your request here And, ADX files have been uploaded with changes so the password option was never considered for them.

It's cool, I fully understand the reasoning for it.

Re: OSE 11P V104
OK, I've modified the 11P_1bar ADX to suit Auxiliary Wideband input, both Innovative and 14point7. Also included values to use in TP5 only with the full calculation linked to history tables.
You may want to double check.

Re: OSE 11P V104
Thanks will check it out and add to the zip. I have a 11P 1 Bar logger ADX I have been using for the last 6 months or so, will also add that.

Re: OSE 11P V104
I can do the same with 2/3 bar if required, let me know.
Cheers.
