For those that are having offset issues with wideband readings on pin D8 there is a resistor that can be removed from the ECU. Removing it will not cause a problem if you dont need to or if the offset is from poor grounding, but for widebands that are using PWM DAC analog outputs it will remove or greatly reduce the AFR offset.

Most new widebands use a PWM DAC output as its far cheaper to implement (cost is one resistor and a capacitor using a spare PWM output from the controller's processor), some known models using this type of output are...
- Innovate MTX-L
- Innovate LC2
- 14point7 Spartan, SLC OEM/EvK

Here is what needs to be removed, it is a 51K resistor...

Known models using a proper analog DAC which should not have a problem are..
- Innovate LM1
- Innovate LC1

If you are using one of these but are seeing an AFR offset then the problem is likely poor grounding.

You can add 14point7's SLC OEM/EvK to the PWM DAC list.

What does the resistor actually do?

Thanks, added them.

Its a pull down resistor.

Blew this on my pcm this arvo. Migrated my existing cal over to the new version. I had to zero out minimum de bpw, it was originally set to 0.10, but it flooded badly and wouldn't start on v112. Why would that be?

Can you post your before and after migrate cal, will confirm it is ok.

Was there a reason you changed a DE parameter for a no start situation?

I have had problems with this before on v111. Had to muck around with it a bit to get it right. Everything else was okay, so just tried it out of desperation

The cals are on my laptop, which I have just locked away in the shed. I will post them tomorrow.

Sounds unrelated to just v112 if you had the same problem on v111? Or would it still not run on v112?? Its a setting that would make bugger all difference for the problem you describe.

Maybe you have missed one of the warmup tables being on E85, "Map X: A/F Ratio - Initial Run A/F Ratio Offset vs Coolant Temperature". Worth checking its not using petrol offsets.
