another option that I've used in these situations, drill two holes in the top of the PCB near the hole in the case, then cable tie the wires to the PCB through those holes, and have a bit of slack on the other side of the wires.

or just cable tie around the wires so they cannot pull out of the box also works if the hole is small enough.

All wired up and my mate is coming down this weekend to load the tune onto the computer for me.
Any idea what ppk should be set at roughly on the ls1 ecu cause he is going to just dump the tune on and il drive it for a few weeks to iron out any problems then il bring it back to him.

Just want something were its not going to be saying im doing 200kph when im doing 60kph say in real life and il prob hit speed limiter at 80kph lol

if your using the earlier VSS then you probably want 6000ish depending on if you've changed diff etc

its not going to matter really. the T56 and 4L60E speed senders are like 40 pulses per revolution... compared to the T700 sender of like 10ish pulses. as it sits you will not hit a speed limiter as it will read waaaaaay slow.

Got the car running today adjusted the vss down from around 30000 standard down to 1072 as pictured below
Speedo works kind of but is very eratic no speed shows down low till you get to around 50kph then it flashes on and off on the screen on my mates efi live software. Kind of like the signal is 2 weak or i have something else wrong.
here is a pic of what we have the settings on
can anyone help ?

well I think the pulses per revolution is wrong, I assume that is for one revolution of the tailshaft or the sensor itself .... so you might need to adjust that, but im not sure what figures your going to need....

does the speedo on the computer match the car at say 100kph ? and does it get more stable as it goes faster ?

The signal goes from th400 with vn speed sensor to cluster then from there to the converter box you guys told me to build then to the ls1 ecu

The dash works perfect 100%

On efi live there was no reading down low
When we 1st got the car going and got it to 70kph the efi live software said we were going 3kph
Dropped vss per km reading down from 30000 on the tune to 1072
At say 50kph on speedo on dash cluster, efi live is showing around 60kph (on the computer) but its erratic flashes on and off on the screen like flashes 60kph then 0 kph then 60kph of and on

The pulses per km rate is for the output that the ls1 ecu can drive to say run a cluster etc
Im not using that at all
