without having access to the car to tune it that not very easy.

the one i mentioned above is about as close as your going to get to a drop in and go tune for what your asking for.

ok thanks for your help i just dont have the stuff to wright it to a chip thats all so vn 808 in vs would be fine i can do the wiring just no good with the software :( sorry if im pissing any one off appreciate every bodys help

well theres a number of us on here that can burn a chip for you if you send one to us etc, but the problem is for that you want to do you really need to be able to tune it because i reckon it will never be perfect overwise .... having said that, have a look in the for sale section at all VL400's realtime packages, theres pretty much one to suit any option you choose and that might be your easiest way to go about it.
