They should have released the turbo Buick V6 way back in the 1990's........

I think the big issue is that the V6 (in what ever guise) can not be seen to match or even possibly outperform the flagship V8 models.

yeah and it would, and like the XR6 turbo, even if it comes out with less power, that would only be because they are running it at 7psi or something stupid like that! it wouldn't be long before the tuners would be pushing 10-15psi through them and making a lot more than stock V8's.

I dare say though if they did do it, it would be like the turbo v6 in the insignia, its been dropped to 2.8L to keep power down! *sigh*

almost everything is heading the same way, cut prices, farm it all out to offshore and make more profit at our expense!

the point making the decisions don't think about that, or if they do they don't care because they have a nice big pay check and they'll be retiring in 2 yrs anyways!

Accountants only care about (padding) the bottom line for the next quarter, people are only a resource to be used (and abused) as the business sees fit!

The days of staff been treated as an asset are long gone, now you are just another number in a ledger and considered an expense that needs to be minimised.
