Flash Memory "A-B" switch (44 pin PSOP)

Post by beyerch »

Opened up another project I did back in '06.. This one is a circuit that allows you to replaced a 44 pin PSOP flash (e.g. Intel 28F400) with multiple chips so that you can switch between them. The switch watches for line activity to ensure that you do not switch over in the middle of a Read / Write operation, etc.

Might be of value for someone who needs to experiment with emulation or simply rotating calibrations/software, etc.

Hope it helps.

Cool, thanks for posting that up. I do see interest in such a thing from time to time.
