Has anyone struck the issues with wiring a VS V6 pcm into a VP & leaving standard VP bcm & assoc parts in but has fault codes 53, 57 & 59?
There sys volt high, inj volt monitor & trans fluid temp faults which I'm assuming they may all be on same circuit & could just mask them but prefer to have it working correctly but it has no blown fuses or anything else going wrong either!

What does the live data from the VS PCM show for the voltage?
Also, being VP, have you left the ALDL line disconnected from the VS ALDL line? As they run kinda different. VS and newer would be 5v, VN/VQ/VP ect are 12v.

Re: VS L67 pcm into VP voltage fault codes
It had the eng light on but no aldl plug, so I hooked aldl direct to pcm (ign, earth & data wires only) to get fault codes, but haven't logged it yet as I wanted to get codes sorted before I went too far.
But might have to start logging, looks like all those monitors are around A1-12 & B1-12 wiring connectors so could be something there but it's not pcm related as it's same faults with different pcm's!

Awesome, thats the way to go with the pcm connection then
Interested to hear how that gets on!

If it's vs pcm and loom and 4l60e it should work just as stock if its been wired into vp loom there won't be an injector volt no itor wire in the vp loom
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

Re: VS L67 pcm into VP voltage fault codes
Well it's a vs engine loom, so your saying there will be nowhere for ink monitor to go to on vp body loom?
Any idea on the other 2 fault codes?

On a vp engine loom there's no inj volts .it should all just be working fine if its got the whole loom

There is definitely something weird going on with some of the sensors as the coolant & IAT voltages don't look right, attached is a log I did today & as you'll see fuelling needs some work but no real point until sensors are reading correctly.
