If it still won't stay running something else must have gone awry I think. The last tune we put on the NVRAM was the same one that was running it previously, so it shouldn't be any worse.

I'm thinking start with balancing the throttle crack on each throttle body, make sure the IAC is working and hopefully get it to the point that it will run long enough to record a reasonable log. When I last saw it the vacuum was pretty poor too so maybe a leak check would help. We probably need to spend a little time and go back to basics with the engine now that all the computer stuff is working.

Okay good advice thank you. Did have manifolds off recently to fit wideband sensor so may have not sealed again properly.

Turn the knock control stuff off its continuously pulling all your timing out you were driving along at 2.5 degrees of timing.it has a tps low volt error get it idling with some timing and get some vacuum happening so the tps error doesn't trigger
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

knock retard strikes again. I always turn that crap off, never seems to work on the best of days.

Can't beat knock ears for the real thing.

I thing it was called ESC enable temp or something like that. And set it to the max of 150.xx C so it can never activate.

EDIT.

yep ESC param- coolant temp enable
