Gotta love having heaps of room to fit stuff. Battery, pcm and maybe even coolant bottle might need to find new homes. New piping I’m thinking straight up and in between the headlights, so I don’t have to cut any holes

I’m interested to see what you do about the air filter...

Where do you intend to run the oil return from the turbo?
According to chemistry, alcohol is a solution...

The truck was in getting fixed today. So gave me some time to fit the intercooler.

Biggvl didn’t see any United servo’s out there. Do I need to switch back to pulp98?

Looking closer at the intercooler today. Still needs to go about an inch higher and 3” further back. There’s plenty of room under the headlights to tuck piping

Intercooler is done. Front bar might need a mill or two taken off here and there, and the piping may be an issue with the foggies.
