supercharged vn v8

Post by Blown vl »

I have finally got a bit of time to start looking at the tune in my car. It had a kalmaker tune for a sta supercharger and a cam previously. It now has been rebuilt and has a water cooled whipple supercharger on it, also cam more suited for boost, forged pistons and heavier valve springs, I have had it running and been for a few drives and what not, but would like to start ramping up the power in it,

first off tho it has a flat spot that has appeared just off idle making it hard to drive slowly as the throttle is a bit like a switch, either idle or 1500 rpm there is nothing in the middle, I have checked the tps on tuner pro and it smoothly operates on the dashboard. The flat spot has only occurred since the cam change. Any ideas on what this could be first off

Lots of patience for a start. I would swap over to 12P. It's a great program.

+1 for the offer to convert to $12p!

The best price & product for wideband to suit pcmhacking products seems to be the spartan & I think bigvl may have some in the for sale section!
