the nvram only had one bin on it at 0x08000. wow no code at all how does that work?

Limp home mode if you had a memcal plugged in to the header of the NVRAM board?
If you havnt already, just burn the stacked bin from the 12P package with no offset and you will get both programmed

or do what i've done, suck your current tune out (.bin) and then stack it x 4 and put that on ..... reason i do that is cause i have different reference angle to stock so means all the tunes on the nvram have me exact settings!
