are you able to provide a part number or something off the injectors ? .09 is roughly a 24lb injector and .12 is about 19lb, so theres a fair difference there, getting it right in the beginning will mean your not wasting time re-tuning the VE table after changing settings.

I'll have to go and check, I can't tell by looking at them but I have it written down at home.

I took it out for another drive.
Was ok cold,
once warm the knock retard kicked in again and it had very lean spikes again.

here is the Bin and Log.

To stop it using the knock sensor, adjust this to the maximum. The car wont get that hot, and thus it wont knock retard.

ESC is Electronic Spark Control.
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396

It started to pull 6 deg due to a sensor fault at exactly 56 deg still. Are you making changes with TP in emulation mode? The PDF "TunerPro RT Setup using OSEPlugin.pdf" shows how to do online (RT) and offline changes .. https://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=590

no worries, wasn't sure what you guy's actually needed.
hi can i join in? i have had some experience tuning and have a dyno shop, i have only ever done a few efi jobs but have had some success. don't know if I can help much but it would be an opportunity for me to learn too. i took a look at the settings in the OSE12P that you attached and it did not look right to me. if you have it sorted by now I would love to see the bin. if not maybe i can contribute
