Fair enough, however as an alternative you can often get decent second hand shocks at a reasonable price. I've got second hand Bilsteins all round in my Torana, they cost a little more than a new set of Monroe and are in a completely different league (they are noticeably better than the Koni adjustables which are were a lot better than the Monroe, for obvious reasons).vlad01 wrote:Koni and bilstien I would love but cost too much to justify of my VP.
There's nothing wrong with the Monroe GT gas units for the price though, they work fine in the average vehicle.
