You do need to also consider the injector opening times change with different injectors. I dont know what the items are called in TC though.
In OSE12P the item is called "Injector - Injector Bias vs Battery Voltage". Holden202T posted some info here ..

Will read up on that and have a look in TC. I know there is a spot to change just can't remember of top of my head what it's called.
Thanks

Got it fired up BUT is running rich and I mean foul a set of plugs within 20 seconds rich.
Fuel pressure is set at 30psi.
I have a VS tune that greenfoam made up for me a couple years ago for the 775 injectors and I have cross referenced all the settings in that tune to mine and all injector related stuff is identical although the BPC was still left at 158.
Now that I have changed the manifold the VE chart wouldnt need changing that much? I expected to need to change it a little but dont expect the VE to now be out enough to foul plugs straight up.
While the engine was out I put a Innovate wide band AF gauge on and its sitting on 7.4 at idle. I have never used the gauge before but assume thats about right by how rich it is lol.
Should I just pull a heap of VE out and see what happens. Don't really want to change the injector off set when I have ran with the same setting and good results before??

Put the car straight into diagnostic mode and still ran very rich. Like someone has a smoke machine at the back of the car lol.
My current bin but my BPC is set at 125
