Love a holden V8 sound. Got most all the parts for a 355 stroker. Just have to get it built. Been quoted 5500 for a full build.

LS1, Can pick one up for say $2k. Need to spend another $2k on squeezing it it. Not sure on the wiring/delco side yet. But and its on par HP wise with stroker and its a factory engine.

most people that do ls1 to vn commodore soon find there pocket short of around $10000 .doing a lot yourself will get the price down and an ls1 and box are getting cheaper

The only thing I want from an LS1 is the T56 box behind it
