had a look the throttle body looks pretty scummy inside, i might try swapping the throttle body with the one off our burnout car because its freshly cleaned and working fine haha
yea everyone else thinks it was way to loud (my mates haven't had the same motorsport upbringing as me haha), the first start was promptly followed by a trip to the local exhaust shop for a length of 2 1/2 inch pipe and a muffler

finally got this thing running good haha,
swapped the throttle body with a good one and then it ran ok but still not perfect but it still managed its maiden voyage of a 250km round trip haha
only casualties were 2 leads melted and a oil leak from the filter relocation kit and even running of 4 of the 6 cylinders on the way back we still got 22L/100km and managed 110 all the way haha

anyway we've put new leads, plugs, and swapped the coil packs because it still refused to idle and had a misfire under load and now it runs perfect or as perfect as an ecotech can run on a untuned 808 haha
just been showing a few newer more expensive fourbies up around here, funny when a old hilux on highway terrains can get more places than a near new turbo diesel on muddies haha

be careful its not pinging its dingaling off..... untuned 808 tune has about 12 degrees too much timing for an ecotec....

yeah 22 haha, sad that that's a 3L improvement over the old motor, should have dropped a fair bit now but someone keeps on resetting the trip-meter
not using the $12p tune yet because my mates still getting the cash together for a NVRAM and such should get it soon though,
haven't heard it ping at all yet but i probably just couldn't hear it over the misfiring, but if its running 12 degrees too much it might pay to get or s#$t together and tune the thing haha
