im presuming the 699 ecu is wired the same as 424 ecu just the sheilded version so maybe use the VR 215 auto tune with vats disabled $3D 94, 5.7L Auto 16176424 ECU Initial HSV 215KW Auto Release someone will hopefully confirm it the same ecu

Yep, '699 runs $11 from factory which is the same code as the '424. They are the same, just beefed up physical shielding for the police pack.

Click post a reply (dont use the quick reply box), click the upload files tab under the text entry box, click choose file, pick your file, click upload file, once its uploaded type your post (cant be blank) and hit submit.

The attached file is what I finally settled on. Had to richen up the lower end and lean out the higher revs and add a degree of timing and it runs well.
