Looking at the ADX you posted earlier the aux inputs are not being logged, the flag item "Log Aux Inputs" is set to 0.
Will also need to increase the packet sizes after doing this as the data gets tacked on the end.
In the instructions the section "Recording the Aux Data" has a step by step to mod the ADX so the larger packet is stored. Have fixed up the attached ADX which should now log correctly.

I was wondering about the packet size?
Where is that setting for logging aux inputs?

Under the bitmasks/flags, starting page 22 of the instructions there is a step by step with screen shots of the full process.

Right, found it, fixed it. I see where I went wrong
Funny that is was still displaying some WB data though?

Will likely just be some random data in the buffers TunerPro was using. It will not be anything related to AFR as it was never stored in the XDL file when recording.

Tried it again on Sunday but didn't seem to be getting any data from the WB at all

If you used the ADX I posted it will have recorded ok, only thing I missed was the new items you added for innovate and 14point7 were set to 8 bit data.
But, it means the data is there so if you playback a log from the weekend with the attached ADX it will work - was just the TunerPro display that was setup wrong.
