99% sure my RT board is corrupt.
It wont id in my burner. If i manually select it, burn, verify & read back the tables are all over the place.
So just flashing a old VR chip at the moment with 12P.

It very well could be. A lot of the kalmaker hardware around is more than 10 years old now which is the approximate life of the battery. Be sure you have the right size bin for the chip. If its a 1230 which is the chip that street pro 3 shipped with then its only 32k in size. Fine for 12P, but wont fit the 64kbit VR auto bins (although they require a '424 pcm anyway). If its the 1245 (which I am not sure if you can run in kalmaker hardware) then its a 128k chip, and you probably have to do something with stacking like we do for the pcmhacking nvrams. I cant advise if its the same process or not. It could be that your running off the end of the chip and the burner is coming back to the start and overwriting some of the data giving you the corrupted look.
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396
