My next idea is to block off the PCV inlet to the gas carburettor completely. Then remove the PCV valve and re-route the IAC air supply so that instead of going
engine side of air cleaner - IAC - inlet manifold,
have it go
engine side of air cleaner - RHS rocker cover - LHS rocker cover - IAC - inlet manifold.
That way the IAC also performs the PCV function without bleeding in extra air to upset idle mixture. May eventually gum up the IAC though. Might have to get one of those puke cans and put it between LHS rocker cover outlet and IAC and mount it down low to reduce the passage of oil droplets. Just an idea.
