Have you checked fuel pressure?
I have done the logging with that ADX & so far nothing seems a miss to me, but I wasn't able to read the graphs that well & forwarded it on to another forum member here to look at. He said basically the main sensors appear to be reading correctly, the only thing was the 02 sensors didn't really follow each other as closely as you would think they should. But he need to compare with some of his own logs to see if that was abnormal.

I was going to rig up a test point on my fuel rail connection so that I maybe able to check fuel pressure. As the VY N/A V6 doesn't seem to have a factory test point like the S/C models fuel rail. I am wondering if the fuel reg could be doing something wrong to cause an issue for me ?
If the fuel pump was dying, it is unusual to take so long to die. As my experience is they make a bit of noise for a short while then stop working altogether.

Well it seems we have found the issue..... a dodgy 5/2 (middle) Ignition Coil.
After replacing the coil set (all three) the first time & still having the issues I ruled out the coils. But while degreasing down the engine & washing off I was left with a continuous miss at idle. Tracked it down to cylinder No.2 with the handy heat gun onto the exhaust manifold trick. Checked the ignition lead & found it to be ok, so I found another 5/2 coil & replaced the middle one a seconds time. The miss at idle was gone along with the breaking down under load problem.

Two different sets & a dodgy coil in each set. Seems this actual engine always has a problem with the middle coil dying. That is the third one in twelve years.

May do another logging just to see if the 02 readings are closer together this time around now the missing issue is gone.

Cheers

What brand of leads are you using?

I had a lot of issues with an ignition miss/hesitation on my old VS, went through a number of sets of eagle 9mm leads, spark plugs and coils, hand dead coils (also killed dfi module) coils with cracks etc but the hesitation always seemed to return. Eventually I changed to a set of Bosch OEM spec LPG leads and the problem was gone.

Always used only the OEM Ignition leads, as I believe they are the best for the job. As well as the correct range NGK or GMH brand sparkplugs. Two of the coils were OEM & one was MSD brand.
Another friend has suggested I check my earths & even add extra heavy duty earths to the coil mounting, as he has noted the coils don't work when relocated if they haven't got a decent earthing. Not that mine have been relocated, but certainly can't hurt.

yeah the base of the coil packs provides the earth so needs to be good!

I've seen v6's doing funny missing and such, turned out to be all the screws for the coil pack base loose!
